DESCRIPTION:Literacy Texas is joining forces with national radio co-hosts and language experts Martha Barnette & Grant Barrett of  A Way with Words and Krys Boyd of KERA’s call-in-radio program Think\, to present a “Lead with Literacy!” virtual fundraiser to support nonprofits teaching thousands of Texans to read and write. \n30 Texas nonprofits from every part of the state will receive funds raised by this first-of-a-kind virtual event celebrating the joy of language and how the gift of literacy transforms lives.
