Happy Monday everyone! In place of our normal content today, and in honor of our fallen heroes, today Literacy Connexus would simply like to wish you a blessed Memorial Day. Tamra Bolton once said that “This is the day we pay homage to all those who didn’t come home. This is not Veterans Day, it’s not a celebration, it is a day of solemn contemplation over the cost of freedom.” So, today hold your family tight, say a prayer for those who didn’t come home and the families they left behind, and thank a soldier in your life for making the sacrifice.
