Happy Friday from Literacy Connexus Y’all! Did you miss us? You may have noticed I didn’t make the regular Monday post this week, and that’s because Literacy Connexus headed to Irving this week to participate in Literacy Texas’ annual conference. The speakers this year were wonderful, and I think we all learned so much from the scheduled sessions and each other. On a personal note, it was really nice to see real people again after a year and a half of virtual work, even if it was just the bottom half of their faces.
Today, I just wanted to check in and share a picture of the the faces behind Literacy Connexus. We are missing a few, but the passion and love that goes into Literacy Connexus comes from those faces up there. Stay tuned this month, as I hope to share more resources, insight, and some of what I learned at this years’ Literacy Texas conference in the posts to come.
