Literacy texas is the statewide literacy coalition for Texas, connecting and equipping literacy programs through resourcvces, training, networking, and advocacy. It provides leadership to help community-based organizations that provide literacy services, literacy coalitions, and adult education programs throughout the state that built build capacity and improve literacy levels in Texas.
